About courses

Q. What are the minimum requirements to enroll for ITEC (UK) Diploma courses ?
Diplomas awarded by International Therapy Examination Council and Diplomas awarded by International Therapy Examination Council are internationally recognized. We encourage our students to take up courses if they possess minimum qualifications of ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels or equivalent.

Q. When is the commencement date for the course?
Please refer to our website for new course dates. Alternatively, you may contact our Marketing Manager for information.

Q. The number of hours for a half-day and full-day course?
* Half-day course (9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm) – 4 Hours per day
* Full-day course (9am to 6pm) – 8 Hours per day (1 hour lunch break)

Q. Are the courses conducted in English or Chinese?
English and Chinese classes are available for all of our courses. Eligibility for training grant

Q. Am I eligible for funding?

Yes, if you are a Singaporean or permanent resident. You must be employed and have CPF contribution.

Under Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) funding,

Q. What will be the course fee after funding and the details of the courses?
As there are some criteria needed for funding, students are encouraged to drop by to speak to our Marketing Manager. Course details and course time-table will be provided for your enquiries.

During enrolment of courses

Q. What should I bring for the enrolment of courses?
Original copy of Identification card/Work permit/S Pass/Passport and educational certificates are required upon enrolment. No copies are allowed.

Under Escrow scheme, it is necessary to provide your bank account number for processing of the Student Escrow Confirmation.

Providing Feedback and Suggestions

Q. How can I provide my suggestions or feedback to Spatec Academy?
Feedback forms are placed at the reception counter of Spatec Academy. After filling it up, just drop it into the feedback form box. These feedback forms will be handed to our Management Team for evaluation. We will do more of what is positive and improving on what is negative. We aim to make full use of your feedback to continuously raise our service standard.

Our Management Team welcome suggestions from students with regards to courses and service standards. You may leave your contact details in the Feedback form to enable us to follow-up with you directly.

Mode of Payment

Q. What is the payment type for the course fees and examination fees?
Under Escrow scheme, the students are required to make payments by cheque.
For payment through Insurance scheme, payment must be made by cash or cheque.
Miscellaneous fees can be paid through cash or cheque.

Issue of Receipts

Q. When will I get the receipt after the payment?
An official receipt will be issued upon payment.

Collection of certificates or diplomas

Q. When do we receive our diplomas or certificates?
About 2 months from the course exam date.
